I have been hosting for the last 4 years since embracing retirement and have never been busier. I enjoy providing well equipped accommodation for our guests at an affordable price. I have travelled extensively and provided the facilities that I would expect in serviced accommodation in order to make your stay a comfortable as possible.

The apartment in located on the first and second floors in the centre of the city of Lisburn, just 200 metres from the railway station with direct access to Belfast and Dublin.
There are 2 bedrooms in the property. The one on the first floor has a double bed and a cabin bed and its own electric ensuite shower room. The bedroom on the top floor has 3 single beds and easy access to the family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC.
The kitchen diner has a sofa bed, table, chairs and a full kitchen with washing machine. The apartment is popular with families visiting friends and relatives and many contractors who come to Northern Ireland on business.
We have solar panels on the roof to generate electricity and hot water for the apartment and electric heaters in every room.

It is 200 metres from Lisburn Railway Station which has regular trains to Belfast and Dublin. Trains go every 20 minutes during the day and the express gets you into the heart of Belfast in 9 minutes.
There are lots of excellent pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the apartment and Greens and Tesco Express are a 2 minute walk from the front door. The Tourist Information Office is in the Linen Centre which is a 1 minute walk.
Whilst overnight parking outside is free, parking charges apply from 08:00 to 18:30 so don't get caught. There is 24 hour free parking within 200 metres of the property in Wallace Avenue or secure 24 hour parking in Graham Gardens.
