Welcome to our beautiful 2 Bed Caravan with Hot Tub at Patrington Haven Leisure Park. The Lodge is 40ft x 13ft so benefits from extra space & is just a short walk to the 5 star facilities at The Country Club. The holiday home has a lovely outdoor space with gated decking to the front and side, which is secure for children and pets. There is a fenced in garden with outdoor seating, hot tub and its own private parking space. As you enter you’ll find a beautifully fitted kitchen with a lovely dining area seating 4. The spacious open plan lounge has a flat screen Smart TV with French doors opening out onto the gated decking where you can sit & have your morning coffee.. Leading off the hallway there is the master bedroom which has a flat screen TV with large wardrobe & en-suite toilet, a twin bedroom with its own flat screen TV is spacious with fitted wardrobes, and the family bathroom with full bath as well as a shower. Back outside there is a large gated decking space, where you can dine outside, with steps leading down to the hot tub & large private garden. Finished to the highest standard this is the perfect getaway where all you need to do is bring yourself and relax!

Unfortunately the Bar, Restaurant & Pool are currently closed due to a fire but this does not affect the use of the Caravans & Hot Tubs. There is a dog friendly pub one minute walk from site, a shop, butchers, tea room, tapas bar, takeaway, fish & chip shop & a few more pubs 15 minutes walk away & a swimming pool a 10 minute drive away!! Located just a few minutes walk to facilities at Guys Country Club. which includes Guy’s Bar & Restaurant which serves an extensive menu using all locally served produce. It also offers takeaways delivered straight to the caravan. There is a Spa offering an array of beauty treatments, a Gym, sauna, steam room and an indoor pool. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the stocked fishing lake, a children's playground and sports court. The park is 10 minutes drive to Withernsea & 20 minutes to Hull. Just outside the park is a dog friendly pub and 15 minutes walk away you'll find Patrington Haven Village with coffee shop, Spar, garage, Tapas Bar, butchers etc. The park is surrounded by 40 acres of beautiful countryside and 2 miles of scenic bridleways ideal for people who enjoy walking.
