Modern, recently refurbished, 2 bedroom apartment near the centre of Penzance. Ideally located to explore the West of Cornwall. The beach and coastal path is a short 2 minute walk- Perfect for families, couples or small groups! Take a walk or cycle to St Michaels Mount or a scenic train ride to St Ives! Or a dip in the Jubilee Pool if you're feeling brave! The accommodation sleeps up to 4 guests (5 with a cot), with 2 bedrooms, an open plan living area and bathroom. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright, modern and contains everything you will need for your stay in Penzance, Cornwall. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine, as well as all basic kitchen utensils. The space also has a dining table, seating area and a TV for those nights in! Bedroom 1 is a double, Bedroom 2 is a twin. Both have a small hanging rail, floor length mirror and bedside tables. Bedroom 1 also has a sideboard for storage. There is also a travel cot available for use, but please remember to bring cot linen. The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating. There is a small outdoor balcony space at the front of the property, where the afternoon sunshine can be enjoyed. The apartment also has free off road parking at the accommodation - a rarity in Penzance! The flat is walking distance from the beach and coastal path, Penzance town centre, Penzance train and bus centre, a bakery and various supermarkets- ideally located to explore the fantastic parts of West Cornwall! :)
