Great communication by the hostess (Hannah) apartment was very clean and comfortable, end off the road was the beach which was great.also no problem parking and was dog friendly. Would definitely return.

Loved the location . Really nice park very close by. It was very spacious and comfortable . Host stayed in touch and was helpful 😊 It was a great weekend despite storm Darragh. We would hope to use it again when visiting family in Penzance .

Property information

This two bedroom flat is in a Victorian townhouse is well suited to small groups, families and couples. Sleeps up to 3 guests with two bedrooms, one of which is a king and one a single. Please note the only shower room and toilet is the ensuite in bedroom 1. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped with everything you should need for your stay. There is also a smart TV for nights in. Free parking is available in the street outside the flat. Well behaved dogs are welcome. It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedroom.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is centrally located in Penzance and local amenities are all within easy walking distance. Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk. Jubilee Pool, an outdoor pool right on the seafront, is around 10 minutes walk. Free parking is available in the street outside the flat. Close by are the beautiful and historic sites of St Michael's Mount, Mousehole, the Minack Open Air Theatre, Land's End, St Ives and the Scilly Isles.
