The Stables is a Grade 2 listed two bedroom cottage in the heart of Swindon's vibrant Old Town, which benefits from private parking for one car. The ground floor provides a modern shower room and 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed. On the 1st floor is a sociable open plan space with lounge, dining and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Externally is a gravelled garden with table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are a variety of pubs, shops, restaurants, and parks all within close walking distance.

Swindon's Old Town offers a variety of independent shops, bars and restaurants, as well as lovely parks and dog walks, all within a couple of minutes from the property. Within the spring and summer months, there's lots of local festivals and events for everyone to enjoy. Furthermore, there are excellent transport links to the Cotswolds, Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham, as well as being less than an hour train ride to London.
