The apartment has its own private access, there is an open plan lounge / kitchen, the kitchen has a door out to a small private outside area with a table & two chairs, the hallway leads to a double bedroom with bedside tables and a dressing table, opposite is a small single bedroom with triple wardrobe at the end of the hallway is a modern fitted shower room with electric shower, toilet & sink. the aprtment is in a small cul de sac, just a minutes walk into the centre of town, private parking is immediately outside the apartment on a cobbled area. The buses run regularly from the bus station (5 min walk away) to Harrogate, Leeds and York. There is a taxi rank in the centre of town (2-3 minute walk).

The apartment is just a minutes walk from the town centre. Ripon boasts a variety of local shopping facilities, a very popular weekly market, a number of restaurants and bars, cinema, racecourse, golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, Workhouse & Police museums and excellent transport links, with the 36 bus route travelling to Harrogate and Leeds multiple times a day until late.
The nearby Spa town of Harrogate offers a greater range of amenities and, further afield, lays the historic city of York, only 19 miles, and the vibrant commercial centre of Leeds, 32 miles. The A61 gives easy access to the A1(M) and the national motorway network.
