A modern 2 bedroom house with stylish furniture and decor. The property has a large family living room with elegant kitchen and diner. There is an Ensuite from the master bedroom. This modern home has smart TVs throughout with streaming services on 40 inch flatscreen TV's.
This property is situated on the north shore development directly on the river tees with a 2 minute walk to the stunning Millennium Bridge and 5 Minutes walk from Stockton Town centre.
The property boasts a private garden from large french doors.
A nearby footpath onto the river tees takes you to tees barrage international white water centre where you can take part in numerous water activities. It is also home to the Air trail climbing a cafe and pub as well as a David Lloyd leisure centre right next door, Starbucks drive through is a 1 minute drive with super fast electric charge points for cars.
