The accommodation offers clean & freshly decorated surroundings. This is a first floor maisonette so shall require climbing one flight of stairs. Our lounge area has a 42" smart TV with high speed WIFI, Netflix & all iPlayer's a sofa & a dining table for you to enjoy your meals by the window which is great in the summer months. There are a few board games to keep you entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, an air fryer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Seasonings, oil & salt & pepper can be found in the cupboards. The main bedroom is cosy, it has a double bed with lots of pillows to choose from and a comfortable memory foam mattress. Chest of drawers, two mirrors & a place to hang your clothes. The spare single bedroom is great for the extra guest or 1 child & leads onto a small balcony to take in the quiet surroundings of the area. Our separate workspace which is located in the hallway has a desk to give you that separate space for any work you may have to catch up on. We have a washing machine available & also provide washing powder.

Hiya, my names Simon & I am the host. My partner Kayla also co-hosts & this is our first short term rental property & was my first home! I have made updates & lots of changes to the property to make it a little different but perfect for people looking for a home from home. I currently work part time & reside in Hertfordshire.
