This three story 4 bedroom Victorian Terrace has recently been completely refurbished by ourselves specifically to welcome guests to Weymouth. It is a 3 minute, level walk from Weymouth Train Station, and a 4 minute level walk from Weymouth's Blue Flag beach. It comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), a twin room & a bunk bed room (with full sized beds). There is an additional shower room on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor there is a large lounge/diner and well equipped kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet. To the rear of the property is a small courtyard garden with outside seating. An on street parking permit, is available at a small administration fee.
This is my husband Mark and l's 3rd and newest holiday let property in Weymouth (l think it is becoming a bit of an obsession!) Each property has been refurbished by ourselves to a high standard, and reviews on both properties are around 9.8/10. Mark has been a builder for 30+ years. We maintain and service all 3 properties ourselves. Together we have 3 teenage children, 3 dogs, a cat, & a chicken (the chicken is the boss, by the way!) We have lived in Weymouth all our lives, so we are more than happy to share our knowledge of the area. As you can imagine we don't get a lot of free time; but there is nothing l like more than walking our dogs on the beach, or on the many coastal paths in the area. We also enjoy cooking together, especially barbecuing, when the weather allows.
There are many attractions within walking distance of the property (Weymouth Beach, Pavilion Theatre, Sealife Centre and the town centre.) There are also multitude of pubs, restaurants and takeaways close by. Weymouth's picturesque harbour offers an array of sight seeing & fishing boat trips and Crabbing is a very popular harbour side sport! Weymouth & Portland Sailing Academy offers many sailing activities for all ages and is 6 miles from the property. Dorset has many famous attractions, including Durdle Door, Tyneham Village, Chesil Beach...the list is endless. Many can be accessed by public transport.
