We offer our 2 separate double bedrooms exclusively upstairs to guests, along with a private bathroom between the two rooms & use of the kitchen. The rooms each have 1 double bed & a z-bed for an extra person, set up for you in the evening. Must like dogs. Our beautiful whippet lives here & might require some love & attention at some point, but trust us you will receive it back in return! Our lovely home is perfectly located in central Brighton. Just 2 minutes walk from the train station, lanes & seafront, yet set back from the busy Queens rd, we are quietly tucked away from the throng, but secretly still part of it. We also have a city garden & a large lounge (subject to booking). Both bedrooms face one another & have a super comfortable Warren Evans double bed in each. We can add an additional z-bed at a squeeze to the larger front facing room, which we prepare for you in the evening. Private bathroom & kitchen access included.
