This lovely bright spacious and modern caravan sleeps up to 5 people and it offers central heating , gas fire, flat screen tv, open plan living, double glazing, with patio doors leading onto a lovely balcony with a side gate which is ideal to pets. In addition to the shower room/wc the double bedroom has an en-suite. Please note we provide bedding for both bedrooms (4 people) but NOT for the sofa bed. Towels are NOT provided. Swimming, gym & fishing passes are available at extra costs. Go to main reception to organise. We are a pet friendly however additional charges will apply.
We are a small family letting out 3 serviced apartments, 2 lodges and a home from home caravan. We only live 5 minutes away from Borwick Lakes, so we are always on hand, should you need us. If you like the outdoors life, then Borwick Lakes is ideal, it is situated on the edge of the beautiful Lake District and is a quiet site with lots of amenities. Please note some area's of the park are still being developed, but we have a lovely peaceful spot and view from our caravan. Whenever we stay overnight we expect good quality rooms/service so I believe our customers should expect the same. Book with us and you won't be disappointed. Situated on a new and quiet site Borwick Lakes is the sister site to South Lakeland Leisure Village which is a 5 star resort on the edge of the Lake District. We are within a short walk to AOB (area's of outstanding beauty, Yealand, Silverdale, Arnside etc or north towards the historical city of Lancaster. The park has a small children's play area and a short walk away are the leisure facilities, with gym and swimming pool (separate charges apply). There is also a beauty salon and a lovely bar and restaurant with a small man made beach for young children to play at the waters edge. It is perfect for a family break.
