Property information

New build 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home in Chichester. This 120 square meter modern house has ample room for a family or group of project workers that spans over 3 floors. There are 2 private parking spaces, but as this is a quiet cul-de-sac area, extra parking can be found easily. It is just 1 mile from the Rolls Royce factory and Goodwood Racecourse. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The frequency of the housekeeping is negotiable.

The house is situated in a quiet, cul-de-sac area. The town centre is 1.6 miles away, or a 30 min walk. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby.
