Fantastic 3 bedroom home only 6 minute drive from Ipswich town centre situated in the sought after dales estate.
There are 2 large parking spaces on the home’s driveway with more on street parking on the road for extra vehicles as there is no parking restrictions on the road.
The home has a lovely large kitchen diner equipped with all necessary cooking equipment (please feel free to message me to find out what that includes) 3 cozy bedrooms and a inviting living room.
The main bedroom has a large kingsize bed and a built in wardrobe.
The small bedroom has one double bed.
The large back bedroom has a triple bunk bed
( double on the bottom and single on top).
A single bunk bed (two single bed bunks)
And a normal single bed.

Lovely quite neighbourhood in the dales estate, Tesco express and a co-op in walking distance there is also a lovely bakery a few minutes up the road and many takeaways in the area including most of the town’s restaurants via Deliveroo or Uber eats.
The home is a 6 minute drive from Ipswich town centre.
There’s off road parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway of the home and on street parking on the road of the home and all surrounding roads.
There is also a bus stop on the road the home that goes to directly to town centre.
