Downstairs the property comprises of a large kitchen & day room, a cinema room, a large conservatory and a toilet. Upstairs comprises of three double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is off-road parking at the front of the house alongside free on-road parking on the street. To the rear of the house is a large garden with several entertainment areas. Welcome Breakfast.
Belgravia is situated in the coastal town of Ramsgate on the Isle of Thanet. Thanet is home to 16 sandy beaches, including multiple blue flag beaches, all within 5 miles of the house. Ramsgate is a 75 minute train journey from central London and all of Thanet’s beach resorts are on the same train line.
