    “The caravan has a veranda at the front of the caravan and a cover which stops the sun on top of you all day ..Exmouth beach ( 10 mins drive) 10/10. Parking for all the day is only £9 . 2 mins walk”

Property information

An immaculate beautiful 3 bed, Platinum van on Karo Place, we are situated at the top of Karo Place, with parking right next to the caravan and a fantastic seaview, we have front decking with a roof, we are a couple of minutes walk to the complex and a short walk to the beach The kitchen is well equipped with an integrated 70/30 fridge-freezer, air fryer, and gas cooker with electronic ignition and glass splash-back. The dining area has fixed dinette bench seating and upholstered stools along with a freestanding dining table. The lounge features a smart TV, wrap-around L shaped seating, a gas fire in a contemporary fire and TV unit, and patio doors onto the enclosed front decking area– making the whole area light and airy. We also provide free unlimited Wi-Fi A double bedroom with en-suite toilet, with plenty of storage space at the end of the room, followed by 2 twin bedrooms, again with plenty of storage space
