The local bar & restaurant is just yards away along the harbour and there is a wide range of activities in the area, including walking, cycling and kayaking along the spectacular coastline, fishing trips, distillery visits and there are a number of links golf courses. There are several great beaches - St Medans and Rigg Bay, which are both less than 10 miles away, are two of our favourites. Harbour House is also an ideal base for the Wigtown Book Festival events. There are plenty of other things to do and see, and places to grab a bite to eat or a drink. See the 'Things To Do' section on our website (Harbour House - Isle of Whithorn) for more details.
