Property comprises of 1 Deluxe family room ensuite. 1 Double Room ensuite and 1 Twin Room with separate shower/bathroom. Property also has guest dining and living rooms for guest to relax in. Guests apartment is completely separate from owners part of house giving guest complete privacy. Excellently located with attractions such as Perth Racecourse, Scone Palace, Perth Concert Hall all within 15-20 walking distance .
The property is on a main bus route into the city centre and also links to the nearby village of Scone and Blairgowrie. Located on street that is 5 minutes drive to roads that link to carriageway towards Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
There are private parking spaces at front of property for 3 vehicles for guest use.
