Harbour Mews was built on the site of an old dairy, nestled in the heart of Whitstable's quaint Harbour Street area, 1 minute from the beach and local restaurants and cafes, perfect to while away the hours and watch the sun go down over the bay. This property offers boutique styling with everything you could need for a cosy comfortable stay. Upstairs the main bedroom has a king sized bed with new mattress, the second bedroom is newly refurbished and has a single bed with pull out trundle bed (new mattress). The bathroom is on the same floor with bath, shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as tea, coffee and biscuits for your arrival. All ages are welcome. There is a public car park opposite which we can provide free access to by advance arrangement. For the more adventurous bikes can be hired locally for a ride along the seafront to Herne Bay or into historic Canterbury along the Crab and Winkle Way along the route of the oldest passenger railway, Whitstable is a great place to stay and explore Kent.

I work in technology and had visited Whitstable for day and weekend trips several times over the last few years. Our whole family fell in love with the place and were lucky to be able to buy Harbour Mews so that we and others can enjoy it's delights!

One of the best things about Harbour Mews is the location, minutes from the beach and best restaurants, not to mention the friendly local cafes and small independent shops, where you can while away the hours ...or why not visit the Harbour and sample the local catch of the day. For the more adventurous, bikes can be hired for trips along the seafront to Herne Bay or further afield or along the Crab and Winkle Way to historic Canterbury along the route of the oldest passenger railway. For the less adventurous it's a short 8 mile trip to Canterbury by car or there's a bus stop just around the corner! Back in Whitstable there is a bowling alley and swimming pool, as well as tennis courts and a golf course. Whitstable has a thriving artists' community so there are galleries and art shops to browse. If you enjoy long walks we have miles of beach to wander and perhaps catch sight of a spectacular sunset that inspired Turner years ago. With pubs on the beach there's always an ideal place to stop and rest a while. There are also excellent rail links to London and France is not too far away!
