The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a small staircase leading to the front door. Upon entry to the property you are welcomed into the entrance hall, continuing into the hallway of bedrooms. The open plan lounge and dining room are bright and airy. Sliding doors from the sunroom open onto the lightly planted raised stone patio, perfectly inviting you outside. Immersed in rural charm, the property offers a large stone walled open fire and log storage, allowing you to snuggle up for the evening in true coastal comfort. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs able to seat 6 comfortably. The U-shaped kitchen has a wide array of appliances including an electric oven and hob, freestanding fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The main bathroom comes fitted with a bath and overhead shower, sink, toilet and towel rail. There are three bedrooms, the master king size bedroom is elegantly designed and comes with a built-in wardrobe, view of the rear garden and a retro avocado en-suite. Bedroom two is a spacious one, offering an interchangeable twin or super king arrangement. The last bedroom is a cosy single bedroom.

Down a quiet lane on the prestigious Yarmer estate, No. 3 Linkside stands waiting in anticipation for your visit. In a prime location with the Thurlestone Golf Course at the edge of your feet in one direction and Thurlestone Church, shop and pub just minutes up the garden path, you could not be in a more central village location. The option of 5 beaches, plus the coastal footpath, neighbouring villages and beaches too, you are simply spoilt for choice here in South Devon. The are a variety of places to stop off and grab a coffee, cake or bite to eat on your walk. The well known Beachhouse @ South Milton offers breakfasts, coffees and cake and then for lunch and evenings the freshest of seafood with a great beach vibe atmosphere. Further on the village of Hope Cove offers a variety of pubs, bars and hotels, where you are spoilt for choice. Bantham Beach hosts the Gastro Buses offering coffee, cakes, ice cream, burgers and pizza. Quite often in the summer you can enjoy an early evening sundowner at the Cider Bus accompanied with some subtle live music. In the village there is The Sloop Inn and Bantham Café boasting an outside deck overlooking the Estuary wildlife. Further afield you have the local towns of Salcombe, the sailing mecca with its boutique shops, galleries and bistro dining, Kingsbridge a hub of a market town providing the best local produce to make a feast. There is so much to explore and do in the South Hams area, from walking, surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, National Trust properties and museums and local history.
