Property information

We have a 3 bed maisonette over two floors. Spacious living room, adjoining games room, large kitchen dining room. With outside balcony. The bedrooms are one twin, one double and one king size with en-suite shower room. We are next to Eastbourne pier and the sea.

Neighbourhood information

Adjacent to the sea yet close to the town centre, shops and theatres. Great seafront walks through to Helen Gardens and the Downs.
