The living areas in the three-storey, semi-detached house consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight people, a sitting area with a TV, a sitting room with a TV, and a second-floor snug with a TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one with a basin, a second-floor king-size with a basin, and a double, along with a bathroom, ground-floor shower room and first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, off-road parking for two cars and on-street parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.5, a beach.
