A very spacious, light and airy apartment in the sought after luxury Bredon Court development, with lovely views from the balcony across the golf course to Fistral Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. One dog is welcome free of charge.
This apartment has been lovingly refurbished, with top quality, comfortable furnishings. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The balcony has space for four to enjoy alfresco dining overlooking the ocean.
The lounge diner has two super comfortable large sofas, A 50" smart TV, family board games and puzzles and a 6 seater dining table.
Bedroom one has a UK Kingsize bed, with a large wardrobe and dressing table, which could be used as a desk. Wall mounted smart TV and charging points/sockets next to the bed. Modern plantation shutters and two large bedside tables with storage.
Bedroom 2 has a zip and link super king bed which can be converted to 2 full size twin beds. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror. Wall mounted smart TV with HDMI cable and charging points next to the beds. Modern plantation shutters with integrated black out blinds.
There is space in each bedroom for a travel cot - although we don't provide this - please bring your own.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The Bredon Court development in Newquay is a sought after holiday destination because it has a free allocated parking space and everything is walkable - 10 minutes through the golf course to Cornwall's premier surfing beach - Fistral Beach. Less than 5 minutes down to the harbour and about the same to the shops, cafes and bars and Sainsbury's. Newquay has endless beaches to choose from as well as plentiful bars and restaurants and a lively nightlife.
