The Carrack Widden Complex offer spectacular views over the beach, Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. A few minutes away from St Ives Harbour, the Town Centre, Porthmeor Surfing Beach and The Tate Gallery.

There is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offering a bright and comfortable living area. The lounge has a Smart flat-screen HD TV (enabling catch – up, Netflix, Amazon Prime, for current subscribers), DVD, CD Player and convector heater.
The modern and stylish white kitchen offers all the necessities for self catering accommodation providing a built in fridge, oven and hob. Standalone microwave is also available. The dining area has a round dining table and four chairs which is perfect for family dining.
A double bedroom with super kingsize bed (which can be configured as two single beds) has a built-in wardrobe, dressing table, feature mirror, convector heater and TV. There is a double sofa bed available with a full size mattress in the lounge.
The shower room has a large walk-in shower, wc and washbasin and a heated towel rail/radiator.

On-Site Parking for One Car: The parking space dimensions are 2.0m wide and 4.4m long - Please note, a laundry room with coin operated machines is available for communal use. - Access Statement: 35 Carrack is accessed from the private car park area via two flights of stairs. The first flight of stairs runs downwards and consists of seven steps. There is then a small landing before another flight of stairs going upwards and consisting of a further seven steps.
