Sunny En suite bedroom , The en suite bedroom is a bright, sunny room with French doors that open onto the patio. The second double room has its own cloakroom next door, but shares the en suite shower, both rooms are next to each other on the ground floor. Free Parking Wi-Fi included Continental breakfast available on request (please let us know on booking). Please book one room and message me right away if you'll be travelling with your children who would like to use the second bedroom.
Hi, I’m Julie and myself and my husband Darryl have been hosting international students ( and small/medium size friendly dogs) for years and for the last 18 months have offered bed and breakfast so we are very happy to welcome you into our home. We are happy to be around if needed but will leave you in peace otherwise. We offer a continental breakfast from 9-10am if you would like , or alternatively there is a small kitchenette next to your room where you can make coffee, tea and toast at your leisure, please just advise your preference on booking? Your room is on the ground floor and we live in the rooms upstairs . Car parking is available.
We live in a leafy Green lane in a crescent of town houses in a residential area. Ideal for Paddock Wood marathon runners as within walking distance of starting point. You can walk to and from Paddock Wood station in about 15 minutes, which has a direct line into London ( London Bridge station in 45 minutes). 15 mins drive to the historic Tunbridge Wells, Dunorlan Park ,close to The Hop Farm and The Wealden Times event . For Drs on conferences we are 15 minutes from Pembury Hospital. We are also ideally located for Paddock wood car auctions .
