The living areas in this third-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with balcony and en-suite shower room with separate basin, and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private balcony with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.9 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 5 Seymour Villas is a lovely base from which to explore all that Devon has to offer. Note: Access to the property is up a flight of stairs which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.

Ilfracombe, a lively seaside community along the coast, is where you can board a boat to enchanting Lundy Island, a stunning natural setting that will give you an amazing experience.
