A Grade II listed property dating back to 1770. The property is complete with all modern conveniences and is located right in the heart of the beautiful walled city of York. Precentors Court is just a stones throw from the magnificent York Minster.
I love to ensure that guests fully understand how everything works in the house and that they know that I am on hand to offer any help they should require during their stay. I love this house and hope that all guests feel the same.
York Minster is the property's impressive neighbour. Precentors Court is a small road offering marvellous photo opportunities of the magnificent Minster but still managers to remain tranquil.
