The property is under 5 minutes walk from shops and local amenities and a short drive from the coast and several beaches. Kirkcudbright artist town has many attractions including a new art gallery, with festivities throughout the year. Kirkcudbright is also an active fishing port. The area offers a multitude of different pursuits including cycling, walking, golf, beaches and historic castles - all within a reasonable drive. There are also lots of places for dog walking.
