9 Swan House consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher, a dining area seating four, a sitting area with Smart TV, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin, both with TVs and serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. However you decide to spend your days here in Lancashire, escape by the tranquil waters of 9 Swan House. Parking allowed at the front of the property.

The picturesque hamlet of Tewitfield is settled in Lancashire beside the Lancashire Canal. Stroll along the Tewitfield Canal Locks for scenic views of the countryside, ideal for avid walkers and cyclists. The village is home to a marina, where you will find barges and boats and across the road is an excellent farm shop selling local produce and hosting crafts. You can enjoy dining at a County Inn, Longlands Hotel with a restaurant serving traditional meals. Have some family fun at Crazy Golf @ Greenlands and enjoy exploring the surrounding area, with Pike Lake for a peaceful afternoon and Cinderbarrow Miniature Railway slightly further afield. Jump in the car and visit the market town of Carnforth for a wide selection eateries and specialty shops for a souvenir to remember your holiday by. Steeped in history is the bustling town of Kendal, where you can explore a Georgian Manor, the 12th century ruins of Kendal Castle and unveil the past at the museum.
