We are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the centre of Rye with its many diverse amenities and annual major cultural events. We are within distance of world famous gardens and the sea with its sandy beach, Nature Reserve and Coastal Path. Your hosts are Beatrix and Bryan, who extend a warm welcome offering a comfortable double bed room with basic kitchen facilities and en–suite shower room and toilet. This incorporates its own entrance and a small outside sitting area. We offer a light continental breakfast consisting of muesli, croissants, toast, jam, Marmalade, cheese, cold meats and some fruit, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free breakfast.
