    Excellent location. Close to the embankment and to the ruins. There are many cafes on the central street nearby. But the house is a little away from them. Therefore, it is quiet in the house, And in the morning you can see a beautiful sunrise...

    Lovely, modern place. It had everything one could possibly need for a short stay. The kitchen was fully kitted out and even had some basics like oil, sugar etc. Also really appreciated the walled in front garden, which was great for our dog

We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Short Stay St Andrews offers you the chance to enhance your stay by purchasing optional extras. From a super early check in of 2pm to a luxury celebration hamper delivered to your choice of property so you are ready to pop open the champagne on arrival.

Bright and airy boutique style home with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Housing 2 king beds which can also be configured as singles in the stylish bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4. Benefits from reserved off street parking for 1 car and has a large front garden. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Pre-Arrival: When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in. Check in is via a key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival. During Your Stay: We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary,but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. If we can help with anything during your stay don’t hesitate to call us during office hours. Our office in St Andrews is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we will be happy to help with any queries. If the emergency issues occur out of our normal working hours during your stay, you can call us and leave a message; or send us an email for our colleague on call to respond to. Other Things To Note: Bed Configuration The default bed configuration is 1 x double & 2 x singles, but the options available are 2 x double or 4 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay. We have a number of optional extras available to enhance your stay: These must be purchased at least 48hrs before your reservation date. - Early Check In - Late Check Out - Hypoallergenic bedding - Baby items - high chair, travel cot etc - Dog Charge - This must be paid if you are bringing your dog(s)
