This lovely property is within a short drive or 15-minute walk from the market town of Ulverston. It's in a quiet village location that is in easy reach of the lake district. A young children's play park is opposite the bungalow and also has a basketball hoop practice area. There are undisturbed views of the Sir John Barrow monument and the mountains in the distance It's very well located and is a 15-minute drive from Windermere, Coniston and Barrow in Furness. This three-bedroomed property has two bathrooms and underfloor heating throughout, to give it that warm, cosy feeling. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND IS ON A QUITE RESIDENTIAL STREET. GUESTS DISTURBING THE PEACE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
We welcome you to our newly refurbished property. We have been working on this property for over 12 months, making it as energy-efficient and homely as possible. Most of the work we have done ourselves and have thoroughly enjoyed it. we have both worked in hospitality for years locally we both love this area and enjoy exploring the area. there is always something to do
This is a quiet residential area with parks, beaches, lakes, mountains and hills to explore on the doorstep. Locally these is Beaches nature reserves lakes mountains paddle boarding sailing boat hire mountain biking
