This lovely house is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in a prominent area of Carlisle. It boasts 2 spacious rooms, modern bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with dining table and a spacious living room. A great location to enjoy the proximity to the city centre, shops, restaurants, etc. that provide all the elements for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
There is one bedroom on the first floor that can be set as either a King size double bed or a Twin bed. The second bedroom is a single room. Each room has a spacious wardrobe and or drawers for storing personal items as well as a large bedside table with drawers, a bedside lamp and unique decorative furnishings. Also upstairs you will find a modern, stylish full bathroom.
Downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and sink for dishes. All the cutlery and crockery you will need are provided for and in the dining area there is a table and benches for relaxed meals and socialising.
The lounge is a decent size with a large sofa bed and a comfy armchair in front of a 49inches Smart TV with access to Netflix.

Guests have access to the entire house and garden space. Outside there is ample parking for the houses in the cul-de-sac and also on street parking along the surrounding roads, but please be aware we cannot guarantee spaces will always be free.
This property does not have a driveway or garage but there are spaces for the houses in the cul-de-sac outside the front door and you can usually find street parking within a block or so if these spaces are taken (rarely the case that all are taken).
There is a staircase leading from the living room to a landing on the first floor. There are 3 steps that lead from the road to the property's front door.
Cumberland Infirmary is only a 10 minute walk away, ideal for anyone visiting or working in the area. The property is also very close the centre of Carlisle town, with its restaurants, shops and places of interest.
