Tim has worked in the international corporate world for three decades, specialising in Sales & Marketing leadership and entrepreneurial enterprises. The View by STAYSTAYCATIONS, is a splendid 2 bedroom apartment that provides easy access to the world-famous Afan Bike Parks and local regions including, Cymmer, Glycorrwg, Port Talbot and Maesteg. Situated over 2 floors, The View by STAYSTAYCATIONS is a fully-self-contained apartment that includes everything you need for your stay; including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living space and a very large bathroom with separate shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 1 is beautiful King-Size bed Bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds We provide a rollaway bed as the forth bed for the living space; with all bedding, towels etc. provided of course. A Travel Cot and High Chair are available on request (note, we do provide cot bedding). Free unrestricted street parking is available in the area. There is a lovely enclosed shared garden with garden furniture that you can enjoy. Access to the national cycle path is just 100m away and the famous Afan Mountain Bike Trail entrance is about 1km away from the front door!. The View by Staystaycations is also a stone's-throw from the stunning Bwlch Mountain, leading to the Rhondda Valley. Whether you want to go mountain biking in the Afan Forest Bike Park, or just want to get away from it all in this peaceful part of Wales, this property has everything you need for that home from home feeling.
