This unique and exclusive modern large Edwardian property comprises of 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 adults. Enjoy a comfortable city break with your friends or family at our well equipped home with an outdoor hot tub and bbq area. Spend time in the games room playing pool, darts or table tennis. Lounge around in the TV room with a huge 80inch Smart TV incl all Virgin movies and sports channels. If you fancy eating in then cook up a storm in the large spacious modern kitchen. There's also a dishwasher so no need to do the washing up! When its time to unwind take your seat in the hot tub and relax before making your way upstairs to the comfortable bedrooms for a good nights sleep. NOTE - Bedroom 2 has a Kingsize Bed (can be spilt) + 2 Guest Beds / Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds but can also be joined as KINGSIZE on request The house has two bathrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom being en-suite & there's also a separate wc on the ground floor. All the bedrooms have internal privacy door locks. Fast charge USB A/C sockets in all rooms. The property is being upgraded further for 2020, you'll find it even better when you arrive, pictures to be updated

Conveniently located on the east side of Central Cardiff, next to Newport road, with easy access to the M4. The city centre is approx 1.5 miles away, less than a 10 minute drive. Colchester City Retreat is situated just a 5 minute walk from the bustling Roath shopping high streets being Albany Road and Wellfield Road. You'll find a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants all at your convenience. Head to Juno lounge for a relaxed brunch, cocktails, tapas or even a burger. For perfect Italian Pizza head to Anatoni's, its highly rated. If you fancy an evening stroll then why not head down to Roath Park and take a walk around the lake and flower gardens. On the other side of Colchester Avenue you'll find both Lidl and Sainsbury's supermarkets. Walk a little further and you'll be in the middle of the modern retail parks that flank either side of Newport Road.
