The property is accessed from Kinmel Street through a front door and then upstairs to the top floor. There is no lift in the building. Access is by a Keysafe by the front door so you can obtain your keys easily and the details for this will be sent to you after booking along with instructions of the address. Parking is on Kinmel Street in which you will have daily parking permits left for you in the flat ready for you to use if you arrive by car.
