A newly refurbed flat, the Albert Road Apartment is an attached tenement upstairs flat only 200 yards from Eyemouth harbour and beach. It is just seconds away from all local amenities. It’s a cosy little apartment with two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds which can be pushed together to form a king sized bed if required. The whole apartment have been recently refurbished into bright, clean, airy spaces. You have access to one entrance which is at the back of the property. This door will take you down steps and onto a shared grassy garden. For those of you that smoke, please use this area and dispose of cigarettes carefully. To access the property, please use the lane on the left of the property. Walk down the lane and when approaching a garage door, turn right. Walk past the grass and towards a brown fence/gate. The stairs to the property is next to the brown fence. PLEASE NOTE, this apartment is upstairs and not suitable for wheelchair access. Parking is free-for-all and we have NO designated parking bays or spaces for guests. Guests will need to park on-street on either Albert Road or Paxton Terrace. No pets allowed, only guide/ service pet

My family live in the house next-door. We aren’t always in but will always be around to help. Although we are only situated next door, the easiest way to contact us is by telephone from one of the numbers we have provided. Please bear in mind that there may be other dogs at our property and they have the ability to freely roam the garden. Dogs are not allowed in this property unless they are a service or guide dog, please let us know if this is the case. Gates may be left open in the gardens next door.

Albert Road is a busy main road into Eyemouth town centre but thankfully is rather quiet in the evenings. Just a short walk down a street will take you to the town centre, beach and harbour. One thing to note if you are not from the seaside is that seagulls are loud and you will hear them when you stay with us. They tend to also be quiet in the evenings but happen to be great alarm clocks. Parking is free-for-all and we have no designated parking bays or spaces for guests. Guests will need to park on-street on either Albert Road or Paxton Terrace. This street is obviously shared with other residents that live in the surrounding area. Please bear this in mind. Parking is free but please be careful not to park on any yellow lines and avoid blocking entrances to gates, garages and driveways. You may need to unload your car if you cannot park directly outside the property however there always tends to be some space nearby with only a short distance to walk.
