Alice Cottage is a magical thatched detached cottage on a tiny lane in the hamlet of Bratton. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, a double and a single, plus a bathroom with shower (three steps down to the bathroom). On the ground floor are a kitchen and a sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area. Outside is a private garden with wildlife pond, lawn and furniture. A mile from the traditional seaside resort of Minehead, Alice Cottage is a charming cottage for a peaceful Somerset break. The popular seaside resort of Minehead occupies a wonderful sheltered spot beneath the dramatic North Hill, on the lovely West Somerset Coast. This welcoming town boasts a mile long esplanade, providing a wonderful backdrop to the golden beach, whilst the pretty harbour, visited in the summer by the famous paddle steamer Waverley, offers excellent fishing opportunities
