Lovely Location, within close walking distance of The Downs, Bristol Zoo, Spire Bristol Hospital, Clifton College, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, University of Bristol, BRI and the Bars and Restaurants of Whiteladies Road or Clifton Village.
Bristol Suspension Bridge is a short walk along the Promenade.
The Harbourside of the City centre is a reasonable walk in under 30 minutes
