As no one is there on day of arrival to collect in cash we provide all caravan details and key collection information before arrival date when u have paid for your stay in full . We return the deposit on the day of your departure if all is ok with caravan. Unfortunately the booking com site wont allow me to add this deposit payment amount or option to it so i have put information here to confirm we are also a pet friendly caravan , there is a pet fee which must also be paid at same time as the damage/key loss bond and we also have pet terms and conditions which we will send you all details in message we send after you have booked and we welcome your booking **** complex is closed first week of November to 20th march

We are so excited to welcome you to our lovely home from home cosy caravan at Withernsea sands park dean resorts, a little bit about us we are a family run caravan,, we got the caravan to help our family be able to have breaks away last minute or as and when we would like,,, We decided that we wanted to then help other families similar to our situation or not be able to get away and make some lovely family memories in a relaxing caravan on a nice site with things to do and be able to offer the holidays at cheap prices even during school holidays since we got the caravan in 2019 we have had lots and lots of lovely families/guests book with us and they have had such a lovely time and they've had the chance to make some amazing memories, with some of them already rebooking again year after year were so pleased to be part of that, we try to make everything from start to finish as easy as possible for every guest passes are not included in the price and need to purchased separately from reception on your arrival , damage/key loss deposit needs to be paid on day of booking via bank transfer, which we will message you separately with all information, as we do not do cash on arrival as no one is there to meet guests , all payments need to be paid in advance or no caravan details can be provided

Withernsea sands has plenty to offer guests on site,, locally Withernsea it self has so much more to offer , beach , arcades , swimming baths, plenty events hosted , restaurants , take aways , pubs , lighthouse ,,,, plans are also looking good for Withernsea pier being built soon to there's big plans for Withernsea now in place and waiting to be done you definitely wont be short of places to go and things to do whether its a family break away or need a couples getaway or need some where to stay whilst working or visiting the area, we hope you will consider booking with us and we can not wait to hopefully get you booked in so you can start to make many happy memories
