Hi, I'm David and I have lived in Scotland all my life, originally from Dundee, and first lived in Edinburgh as far back as 1988 when I moved through to study at Napier Uni, a college back in those days. :-) I've lived and worked in Aberdeen and also lived in Perth. I've worked in Glasgow too so I'm quite familiar with the major cities of Scotland and can offer advice about them if you fancy a wee day trip. I've operated amazing apartments since August 2016, slowly increasing the number of apartments we offer while still ensuring we maintain the highest of standards for our guests and owners. I'm looking forward to sharing these apartments with you all. :-)

Newly built stunning modern apartment located near Ocean Terminal and Leith. 1 large bedroom, large family bathroom with bath and shower. Open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen with large balcony overlooking the Water of Leith. Relax outside on the balcony with a drink and watch the world go by. Free on-street parking, fast WiFi, Netflix on an HD TV. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Arrivals from 3 pm. Departures to 10 am. Flexibility on timings and requests considered. No guarantees given.

This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are not allowed. Please respect the other residents. Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures are up to 10 am. We will try to be flexible on these times and all requests will be considered although no guarantees can be given, especially if other guests are arriving or leaving the same day. The apartment is on the third floor and has disabled access via the lift. Lothian Buses operate the 10 and 22 buses frequently into the city centre. These stops are just a short walk from the apartment.
