Our spacious bungalow is situated close to the sea. We have decorated to a high modern standard. It boasts a two level garden with a lazy spa and two seating areas . We have two spacious bedrooms , one has an ensuite with a bath. The main bathroom has a shower. We have a lounge dinner which is very spacious with sky glass in our entrainment unit . We have an Alexa for you to be able to play music . Our kitchen is a fully working modern kitchen . The area we live in is a quiet cul-de-sac with parking . It's a 10 minute walk to local shops and a 5 minute walk to palmbay beach which is very near botany bay beach and joss bay. Monday to Saturday we have a great bus route which is a few minutes walk from our house . I do accept dogs but I do have an additional charge which is on pet rate on booking page. Please kindly notify me if you are bringing dogs before your stay the reason for the extra charge is for cleaning and future guests may have allergies. Small dogs are allowed on sofa but please use throws for them to sit on. No dogs allowed in bedrooms and no big dogs on sofa please.
I am a friendly and helpful host. I like to know that my guests feel at home and are always welcome and comfortable. I have a shuizu puppy and enjoy taking her for walks . I'm a family person and enjoy spending time with my children, grandchildren family and friends and I love being busy.
We have a hungry horse close by. Local shops include co-op, post office , fish and chip shop and chinese. Also palm bay cafe. Near botany bay there is the Captain Digby pub and Northforeland golf club. A 20 minute walk away is cliftonville high street and a Tesco. We also have the Turner centre art gallery and Dreamland amusement park in nearby Margate. In nearby Broadstairs you can enjoy the Charles Dickens museum. In Ramsgate you can enjoy the harbour and the largest weather spoons with sea view.
