This bijou annexe is cute, quirky and has everything you need for a visit to the Creative Folkestone Music Town. With its own private entrance the annexe has a lower small double bed and an upper small cabin double bed which is great for little people.  The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin and you will have clean towels and toiletries.  The sun room is a little gem of a place to sit and soak up the views of The English Channel and on clear days you can see France. The decking out the back is available for occasional use / fresh air / smoking. There's a terracotta plant pot under the seat for cigarette ends. The decking is shared with ourselves and our cats so you may see us out there, but we don't bite so please feel free to say hello. If you want privacy then you can still see the beautiful views of the English channel from the comfort of the sun room. Free parking available on our private driveway in front of the door :)

I’m a singer, songwriter, and vocal coach and have a recording studio, rehearsal rooms and music school in Folkestone. I love music, cats and wine. My husband Tim isn't too bad either haha! Folkestone is a MUSIC Town! It became official in 2019 and we are the first music town in the World! There are music cities but we are the first town! You can find so many wonderful things to do in and around Folkestone. The town is full of artists, musicians, photographers and all kinds of creative souls. The old high street is a charming little cobbled street with art galleries, gift shops, restaurants and bars. The harbour arm is a trendy spot to go on a sunny day where you will find street food, artisan bakeries, homemade delights and more! Tontine street is the heart of the creative quarter and you can start at the fountain with some fresh seafood from one of the local fish stalls. The walks and scenery are stunning and there are so many hidden gems around Folkestone. You will fall in love with this place like we have :)
