Property information

Upon entering the apartment you'll notice the sense of space is fantastic and it is light, bright and airy due to the vaulted full height ceiling. The glazed front door leads into the kitchen/dining area, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring integrated dishwasher and washing machine in addition to a full-size fridge freezer. To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom with a fully enclosed shower, sink, and W.C. Through the kitchen, you'll find the beautifully appointed lounge/sitting room. This is a cozy 'snug' and in a more private position. With plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV, it's a lovely spot for you to relax and unwind with family and friends. The mezzanine stairs lead to the open plan twin bedroom with full height ceilings. We do at this point have to point out the mezzanine steps are not a traditional full-size staircase but 'space saver stairs'. These are steeper than usual stairs but much easier and safer to use than a ladder - please see our photos for more details. We do suspect the stairs are likely to be an attraction for any budding Spidermen so we recommend this apartment only for children over 12.

Neighbourhood information

Situated on the edge of the town centre you'll find all you need within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment block is situated in a quiet residential area. Stockport Train Station is a 10 minute (half mile) walk with an extensive rail network locally and nationally.
