Property information

Upon entering the apartment you'll notice the sense of space is fantastic and it is light, bright and airy due to the vaulted full height ceiling. Leading straight into the kitchen/dining area, there is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring integrated dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave To the right of the kitchen is the bathroom with fully enclosed shower, sink and W.C. Open plan in design, there is a beautifully appointed lounge with two sofas and high quality furnishings. With plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV, we are sure there is plenty of space for you to relax and unwind with family and friends. Through the lounge, on the ground floor, there is a stylish and comfortable double bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of storage space. The mezzanine stairs lead to an open plan twin bedroom with full height ceilings. We do at this point have to point out the mezzanine steps are not full size stairs but are 'space saving stairs', which are at a steeper angle but easier to use than a ladder. (We have tried to show this on one one of the photos) .

Neighbourhood information

Situated on the edge of the town centre you'll find all you need within a few minutes walk of the apartment . The apartment block is situated in a quiet residential area and there are bus stops just a few minutes walk. The train station is nearby as is Stepping Hill hospital.
