Our stylish and modern ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests, and hosts 1 spacious double bedroom with king size bed. The apartment is centrally heated with electric storage heaters which can be manually adjusted for your comfort. The self contained apartment is situation on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering guests, providing an electric oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher. We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee milk and basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. Guests can opt to eat in, using the cooking facilities provided. There is a dining table and chairs. The bathroom facilities include a modern walk in shower. We provide bath and hand towels for guests. .

An excellent base to enjoy coastal attractions of Bridlington, or tour the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Free parking is provided via a central zone parking permit. Check-in is simple and convenient, with key-safe access at a time to suit you. Access to the apartment is flexible due to the key-safe facility, although we can always provide an introductory visit at our guests convenience to ensure that they are happy and familiar with the location of all facilities, if necessary. We live within a 5 minute walk away and are available & on call should we be needed.
