Centrally located and surrounded by local attractions, restaurants, cafes and pubs/bars, Flat 4 Orme Rise Apartments is in a beautiful Grade II listed building. *Please note - as the apartment is very central, there can be some street noise at weekends * The apartment offers a spacious lounge, with 2 small double sofa beds, kitchen with breakfast bar, modern shower room and restful bedroom with kingsized bed to the rear. The apartment is positioned perfectly to explore the stunning seaside town of Llandudno - being minutes walk to the promenade and pier, the North Shore with views of the Little Orme and Great Orme and approximately 10-15 minute walk to West Shore beach and sand dunes. Located centrally, the apartment is conveniently situated for nearby restaurants and bars. Children are welcome - travel cot (for younger babies up to 1 year) available on request prior to check in. Highchair available. We are also dog friendly, and many locals cafes, bars and restaurants also welcome dogs. Dogs must be fully house trained and not left unattended.

The apartment is located centrally on Mostyn Street with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. PLEASE NOTE - there is no designated private parking space with the apartment. Upper Mostyn Street offers free parking from 6pm - 8am, and for 90 minutes from 8am-6pm. Free on road parking can be found, subject to availability, on nearby roads such as Church Walks or Abbey Road.
