Aspen consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining table seating six, TV, and amenities including an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. On the ground-floor, the bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom, on the first-floor there is another double with an en-suite bathroom, and a sitting room with a private decked balcony, TV and a selection of games. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a non-enclosed private patio with a picnic bench, and a fishing lake onsite for guests to use for an additional fee, (T&C's do apply). One well-behaved dog is welcome for 30 per stay payable to site owners before arrival. This is a smoke-free property. The open tors of Dartmoor are a big attraction for nature lovers and walkers, while the hills of Exmoor and the surfing beaches are all a short but scenic drive away. Historic Torrington, home to RHS Rosemoor and an arts centre is within easy reach, whilst the cathedral city of Exeter with its Roman city walls, shopping centre, theatre and restaurants, makes a great day out.
