Polzeath Beach House is a new contemporary Boutique Hotel, opened in 2020. Overlooking Polzeath Beach, it is a 2-minute walk down to the sea and large sandy beach. Featuring inland facing hotel bedrooms that includes connecting bedrooms for families, suites, and an accessible bedroom with wet-room. Cots and Z-beds available on request. All rooms are ensuite with walk-in showers and Sea Kelp toiletries and fluffy towels. Each room has a TV, a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, wardrobe and fridge including daily bottled water.

Polzeath Beach is a well known safe surfing beach with Wavehunters and others offering wetsuits and boards for hire as well as lessons. The hotel is on the South West Coastal Path which is popular with walkers, Pentire Point and the Rump are challenging but have amazing views. Golf is available close by at St Enodoc and The Point. The area abounds with a great range of restaurants to suit all tastes.
Rock is 4 miles away, Padstow is 16 miles by road or 4 miles by foot. The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport: 20 miles. Trains from Paddington stop at Bodmin Parkway 18 miles away.
