Set above Avon Gorge, this hotel overlooks Brunel's famous suspension bridge. It has a large terrace for al fresco dining with excellent views. Located in Clifton, the hotel is about 2 miles from Bristol city centre, which can be reached on foot. A wide range of restaurants are available within a few minutes’ walk. Avon Gorge Hotel is home to the White Lion Bar. It offers modern British cuisine and is a good meeting place. There is also free Wi-Fi in public areas. Some bedrooms face the gorge, and others look towards Clifton village. Each room also has satellite TV, and facilities for making tea and coffee.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.

Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Parking within the Hotel grounds is very limited and chargeable at £12 per day. Alternatively there is some pay & display parking bays in and around Clifton Village, please pay at the machine.
