Badaguish self-catering forest lodges and camping pods are situated 10 km from Aviemore, within the Cairngorms National Park. Badaguish has mountain views and located in a unique forest location. Access is via a 1-mile single track road through the forest. All lodges include a seating/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Towels not provided. Each eco camping pod is equipped with a microwave, fridge and kettle, heater and electric sockets. There are two separate shared toilet/shower facilities shared in separate buildings. One in the site centre along with pod kitchens and the other and main shower/toilet facilities next to reception. The eco camping pods also have access to two spacious pod kitchens/indoor areas with hobs/hot plates, kettles and microwaves. Please bring other camping equipment to support your stay (plates, utensils, pots etc). Pod guests required to bring sleeping bag/duvet/bedding or request sleeping bag hire. Sleeping bag hire and payment is required in advance of stay. Pets are permitted in lodges only at this time. The area is popular for skiing, biking, walking, hiking and water sports. A number of activities are offered in the area, such as water sports and cycling. Inverness Airport is 44 km away.

Speyside Trust Badaguish Centre is a unique place where you can explore, develop new and exciting skills in safety, or have a peaceful restful stay amidst the superb forest and mountain scenery of the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands. It is committed to offering affordable Access for All accommodation and facilities, which offer equal opportunities in an integrated setting. We offer: Accommodation in many combinations to suit organised groups, clubs, schools, youth organisations, families, couples, single travellers and friends. A secluded, ideally placed setting for activities in Glenmore Forest just outside Aviemore.

We are located in Glenmore Forest, just 5 minutes drive from the bustling village of Aviemore where you will find shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Aviemore has excellent rail and road links with Inverness airport less than 1 hour away. The forest has many trails for biking and walks and nearby we have Loch Morlich, great for biking, walks and water sports. There is so much to do in the local area, we are also minutes from Cairngorm Mountain, snow sports in the winter months and sight-seeing, walks, and trails all year round.

Please note that no crockery and utensils are provided and guests are required to bring their own while staying in the eco pods.

Pets are welcomed inside lodges at additional charge of GBP 25 per dog per stay.

Currently, due to a local licensing restriction we are unable to accepts pets in our camping pods.

Gas and Electricity cost for lodge guests are calculated by meter readings and charged as extras.

Camping Pod guests are required to purchase electricity card onsite at GBP 1 per card, and cost is depending on usage.

Please note that guests staying in eco pods need to bring their own sleeping bags/duvets. Bedding is not provided.

Please contact the property prior to your arrival for any additional guests/changes.

Please be advised that pods 15 – 22 are located 250 metres to the closest toilet/shower and communal kitchen building, and 400 metres to the main toilet/shower facilities.
